Have you always want to write a song? Well, here's your chance to give it a try. I'll be hosting a session about writing a song as part of the Sheep River Library "Out Loud" series. What a great library! Instead of "SHHHHH..." the Sheep River Library says, "Let's make a little noise; let's talk OUT LOUD." Come for the full day, first it's me hosting"Wanna Write a Song" at 9:30 am, then Doris Daley hosting "Wanna Write a Poem" at noon, and finally Bill Bunn hosting "Wanna Write a Story" at 2:30.

I am so happy to be returning to Encampment, Wyoming for the Grand Encampment Cowboy Gathering. I love this town! I'll be on the Saturday afternoon stage in the park. With luck, maybe I'll even make it to the Friday evening open mic (6:30 pm) and the campfire jam session (9:00 pm) on the night before, Friday July 19.
