This isn't a gig.  But it is a remarkable experience!  I am invited to sit-in and sing in the baritone section of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir during their weekly Thursday night rehearsal, in preparation for their public performance every Sunday morning, "Music and the Spoken Word."  350 voices, accompanied by a 100-piece orchestra, and a pipe organ that has to be seen-and-heard to be believed.  If you are ever in Salt Lake City, come to the Thursday night rehearsal at the Tabernacle, or come to the Sunday morning performance of "Music and the Spoken Word," or listen to the live radio broadcast.  It's reverent.  And it's big!
